Hey!
My name is Gigi, I am the founder and sole creator of Elven Adornments.

Since as long as I can remember I have been absolutely captivated with everything fantastical and mystical. As a child, I would often imagine myself playing with fae folk when spending time in nature, or merfolk when by the ocean. I loved fantasy worlds like Lord of the Rings and just wanted to immerse myself in these magical realities.
I was so inspired to create magical worlds that I began creating art at a very young age, always painting, drawing and sculpting.
As an adult, I have spent the last several years deepening into my personal sense of spirituality and connection with the divine. With my spiritual practices alongside my creative outlets, I have found that my art becomes a sort of channel for magic to flow through me into the physical.
I tried wire wrapping for the first time in July 2020 and was totally hooked. I had mostly been painting and drawing until then. and the feeling of creating something tangible that can actually be held, used and worn was a whole new level of bringing magic into the world.
Ever since then I have consistently practiced and created with wire, refining my process and pushing myself to expand and grow as an artist, alongside my personal journey.
I feel that wire wrapping is the most beautiful fusion of healing, beauty and self expression. They are beautiful to wear but also are such an expression of both the artist and the wearer, they are a statement to the world of who you are. Using healing gemstones just levels everything up; it means the jewellery is actually deeply aiding the wearer on an energetic level, not something all jewellery can do!

Just as people possess their unique individuality and spirit, my aim is to craft pieces that resonate with their own distinct vibrations. The selection of stones and crystals is a meticulous process, as I carefully choose shapes that harmonize with the inherent essence of each stone.

Working in harmony with the earth and nature's cycles is of great importance to me in everything that I do, and my brand ethos is deeply rooted in connection with the self and the earth.
This is why I use only natural materials in my jewellery and make everything by hand - never relying on a machine to do what human hands can do.

Everything down to my packaging is as environmentally conscious as possible - I make sure most, if not all of my packaging materials is biodegradable or recycled.
